This exclusive wine-tasting experience includes a visit to two different Sicilian wineries, where you can sample diverse Sicilian wines from the local vineyards. You will also have the opportunity to stop for lunch in one of Marsala's finest restaurants, where you can try wholesome Sicilian food, such as bruschetta with stracciatella cheese, and couscous with locally caught fish.

Tour itinerary

This wine-tasting experience in Marsala includes a pick-up from your hotel and transportation is available from both Marsala and Trapani. It begins with a visit to a glorious winery in the countryside outside Marsala, where you will have the opportunity to take in scenic views of the vineyards, which are interspersed with olive groves and citrus gardens. Here, you can take a tour of the cellars and learn more about wine-making in Sicily before you sample some local vintage wines, accompanied by handmade snacks.

Next, you will return to Marsala and to a refined restaurant, where you can enjoy a decadent lunch with traditional Sicilian foods, including couscous and local seafood favourites. This will be followed by some free time, allowing you to wander by the many pretty attractions in Marsala, or perhaps simply relax with an espresso.

Finally, this tour concludes with a second wine tasting at an exclusive winery, where you can enjoy a guided tour and learn more about the family tradition of wine-making in Sicily. As well as luxury wines, you will also have the chance to sample flavorful olives and other local snacks before returning to your hotel in Marsala or Trapani.
